Returns Policy

We handle refund and returns in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law, and assess all claims individually.

Damaged or Faulty - If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will exchange it for you at no cost and will cover postage. If your item looks to be damaged during transit, please take your items in it's packaging to your local post office and lodge a complaint as you may be entitled to compensation.

Please note: We are unable to refund or exchange Chew Pendants. 

As children have different levels of chew strength, this can impact the life of the chew necklace/chew toy. We cannot provide a refund for chews that have been used, chewed through, or broken. 

Please contact us by email at admin@littlefootsteps.net.au within with 48 hours of accepting delivery quoting your order number, with details of your proposed return before proceeding. If you change your mind, all returned items must be in original, unused and unopened condition.
