Shipping Policy

Little Footsteps Children's Clinic uses Australia Post for shipping throughout Australia. 

All items are sent with tracking and are based on weight/size of items. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and can be shipped within Australia only. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of being submitted Monday through Friday.

Express Post is available, options and prices are available at checkout. 

If you select Express Post we will endeavour to get your order sent out the same business day if you order before 1pm. If you order after 1pm, it will be booked to go out the next business day. For expected delivery times, please see the Australia Post Website here for approximate delivery times.

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times and whilst we will get your order shipped as soon as possible, it is out of our hands once Australia Post has it. Unfortunately as a small business, we do not offer same day delivery.

Dispatch and Delivery

If you have not received your items within 14 days, please contact us via email admin@littlefootsteps.net.au 

Please note : During Peak Time every effort will be made to ship as soon as possible.

Little Footsteps Children's Clinic cannot guarantee postage times once your parcel has been shipped from our address, and no refund will be provided should your parcel arrive later than expected.

Tracking

You will receive an Australia Post tracking number by email or text once your order is dispatched.  This allows you to track your parcel on the Australia Post website. Further information can be found here: https://auspost.com.au/using-our-tracking-service
